NT pushes for crocodile safari hunts ABC Online
Saltwater crocs larger than 3.5 metres would be allowed to be shot under the new draft management plan. The Territory Government wants to trial safari hunting during the five-year lifespan of its new plan. [More Info]

Jabiru Tennis Season gets off to a great start!
Kids & Adults Tennis on Wednesday kicked off with over 25 kids attending, from beginners to experienced they were all keen to learn the finer points of Tennis.
Please note next Wednesday 4.30pm for beginners and 5pm for the experienced kids. 6pm for adults, All Welcome.
Thanks to Steve for organising and training the kids, the Jabiru Sports & Social Club for the BBQ and venue and the Darwin Tennis Ass. for new Tennis rackets and balls.

Agreement reached on Kimberley gas hub ABC News
Traditional owners in WA's Kimberley have agreed to allow the construction of a gas processing hub, near Broome. The WA Premier Colin Barnett says the Kimberley Land Council has overwhelmingly backed a deal which will result in traditional owners receiving more than $1-billion in compensation over thirty years.
